Expungement
Individuals with qualifying arrests, felonies, misdemeanor supervisions, and misdemeanor convictions may request the court to either expunge or seal the records associated with their cases.
Archives
The Archives collects, preserves & makes available pre-electronic records created by the Cook County Court Systems, including more than 500,000 naturalization petitions covering the years 1871 to 1929. Please contact the Archives directly regarding specific holdings. Daley Center, Room 1113.
